2.5U 20T Aluminum Fly Rack

The 20 series compact fly racks are designed for flexibility and customization especially when mounting non rack-standard gear. They are made with 20mm aluminum extrusion frames and textured matte grey powder coated aluminum panels. The gridded panel options have a 20mm spaced grid of M5 mounting points, allowing attachment of gear directly to the rack using solid hardware.

20 series racks are ideal for the DIY builder who needs customization beyond standard rack mount gear and preset mounting points. And can be modified with standard 20mm extrusion profiles, mounts and accessories for unique builds. 

The aluminum extrusion rack rails use sliding M5 T-nuts and M5 bolts to make for fully height adjustable rack mounting. Please note the width of the inside of the rack rails is 445mm - Large rack mount gear that is wider than 445mm between the rack ears may not fit. 

Racks come as configured, and include (4) extra M5 8mm mounting bolts, (4) extra M5 T-nut sliding inserts, and allen wrench.

The rack will come fully assembled when ordered with a matching custom foamed Pelican Air 1535 - or “flat packed” with assembly required when ordered without the case.
